BARGER Oh hell you know dude (chuckle)
MCCOY Whoever they were

MCCOY These guys don’t know how to do DWI forms, they don’t even know how to do sobriety checks. They messed up so many DWI situations it was, well i got video of ‘em. And…
BARGER Yeah
MCCOY [inaudible] and the thing of it is that you know if they’re not going to be able to do things and do it right I told him, at least get him off the street, bring ‘em in, do the fingerprints, do your tickets for speeding, carelessly driving, or whatever. At least get him off the street and have somebody come after him.
BARGER Yeah
MCCOY I mean If you ain’t gonna to do your DWIs right, don’t do ‘em at all.
MCCOY If you can’t get the right way then don’t do it at all
BARGER Yeah
MCCOY You know… don’t…. what you’re doing is you’re setting yourself up for bad publicity either way. if you do and go do it you get ‘em for DWI and you’re… shouldn’t matter if you don’t
BARGER MhHmm
MCCOY And then if you do… do somebody and they end up having to get an attorney at five thousand ten to fifteen thousand dollars you know to get an attorney and get two classes and all that kind of stuff you’re just pissed off a goddamn citizen out here for nothing
BARGER Yeah
MCCOY Because you didn’t do your job right and you had to end up paying for attorney fees and everything.
