BARGER<\/strong> Yeah, well a couple of you two guys

MCCOY <\/strong>We have a staff meeting

MCCOY <\/strong>I told them there in the staff meeting

MCCOY <\/strong>These guys don’t know how to do DWI forms, they don’t even know how to do sobriety checks. They messed up so many DWI situations it was, well i got video of \u2018em. And\u2026
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BARGER<\/strong> Yeah
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MCCOY <\/strong>[inaudible] and the thing of it is that you know if they’re not going to be able to do things and do it right I told him, at least get him off the street, bring \u2018em in, do the fingerprints, do your tickets for speeding, carelessly driving, or whatever. At least get him off the street and have somebody come after him.

BARGER<\/strong> Yeah<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MCCOY <\/strong>I mean If you ain\u2019t gonna to do your DWIs right, don’t do \u2018em at all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MCCOY <\/strong>If you can\u2019t get the right way then don’t do it at all<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BARGER <\/strong>Yeah<\/p>\n\n\n\n


MCCOY <\/strong>You know\u2026 don’t\u2026. what you’re doing is you’re setting yourself up for bad publicity either way. if you do and go do it you get \u2018em for DWI and you\u2019re\u2026 shouldn’t matter if you don\u2019t

BARGER <\/strong>MhHmm<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MCCOY <\/strong>And then if you do\u2026 do somebody and they end up having to get an attorney at five thousand ten to fifteen thousand dollars you know to get an attorney and get two classes and all that kind of stuff you’re just pissed off a goddamn citizen out here for nothing
